Why do I need to call for an exact price?
What seems like a simple task at first can sometimes turn out to be more complex. On the phone, we briefly ask about the location and what needs to be moved, so we can give you an accurate price.
Do I need to arrange a parking space?
Yes. A free and accessible space of at least 6 metres long, located under the relevant window or balcony, must be available for the furniture lift. Without this space, the job may be cancelled on site and charged.
What if my balcony is glass or fragile?
Please let us know in advance. Using the furniture lift near glass railings or fragile elements is at the customer's own risk.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, a fee may be charged.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due immediately after the job is completed, unless otherwise agreed. For larger jobs, a deposit may be requested at the time of booking.
Who loads and unloads the furniture?
Unless otherwise agreed, loading and unloading onto the furniture lift remains the customer's responsibility. Our operator handles the furniture lift itself.
Something goes wrong during the job, what should I do?
Any damage must be reported immediately on site, before our team leaves. Claims made afterwards unfortunately cannot be considered.
